Who are we?

We are regular college students...we take classes, we attend Mizzou sporting events, we have fun, we deal with pain, we celebrate success, nearly every kind of student and even non-students are represented in Chi Alpha. But we see that above everything else, God wants relationships with us and Jesus makes this possible.

What is Chi Alpha?

Chi Alpha Campus Ministries is a Christian campus ministry on universities throughout the United States and around the world. We are a movement of college-age men and women earnestly following Jesus. Althouth the name is greek, we are not a fraternity or sorority. A big part of the bible was written in greek, and our name comes from the phrase “Christ’s ambassadors” (XA).That reminds us that we need to live our lives as a reflection of the life Jesus has offered us. We invite everyone to be a part, regardless of background.

What is Chi Alpha’s vision?

To be a community of passionate Christian college students at the University of Missouri. Dedicating ourselves to telling the campus about the love and life changing power of Jesus Christ. We believe that by reaching and making disciples of students at Mizzou, it will inevitably result in the world forever being changed.
